Market worried rising U.S. bond yields, the S&P 500 Stock Index, Nikkei 225 index and Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index fell 1.14%, 5.73% and 1% respectively.
BOJ claim the number of debt purchases will be increased from June
Bank of Japan (BOJ) announced the monthly number of Japanese government bonds purchases will be increased from 8 times to 10 times or more, when necessary. BOJ will purchase slightly more than 7 trillion yen of debt every month, in order to ensure economy grow.
Merrill Lynch cut the expectation of gold price and silver prices in 2013
Merrill Lynch lowered its expectation of average gold and silver prices in this year. The expectation average prices of gold were lowered by 12% to $ 1,478 per ounce, and silver prices were lowered by of 25%, to $ 24.40 per ounce.
$3.64 billion US dollar flowed in money market fund
Money market fund got net inflows of $ 3.64 billion last week, reported by IMoneyNet. Money Market Fund's total assets increased to $ 2.587 trillion, which meant that money flowed from other asset markets into the bond market.
Money left from Emerging market
Emerging-market assets, including currencies, bonds and stocks, fell sharply Friday, as rising bond yields in developed markets and an improving U.S. economic outlook dimmed the allure of assets in countries.
